On Saturday night watched this film with Janneke, Rianne and Riny, who came to see if I had my bag packed yet. Well I'd certainly made a start... I had it all packed neatly this afternoon but have decided I need to sew another strap onto the underside of my rucksack to hold my fleece sleepingbag more securely in place so it's all been turfed out on the table again so that the various bits can go with me to Utrecht tomorrow (where the sewing machine is). This afternoon I had a test of all my stuff - went for a walk in a drizzly rain with Carin and Dusty. Fully loaded up with more or less all that will be going with me, complete with specially adapted jacket with extra large inside book pockets. Talking of which - more tomorrow.
